Starting in on the graphic novel art...soon

Let’s start off with some context.

About a year and a half ago my buddy came to me and said ‘I’m releasing an album in a year and instead of a lyric book I want to offer a full graphic novel interpretation with all of the lyrics’. Fuck yeah. I’m so in*.

Annnnnd then we sold our house, packed, moved, unpacked, had to paint, etc, etc, etc. Suddenly its been a year and all I’ve got is the thumbnails for 4/7 songs.. Not a great look, honestly.

It’s all okay though because my buddy was having delays with their album, so, it worked out okay. Now though it is somehow AUGUST and I’ve got until May to finish this book.

So what better than a bit of accountability? Hence - blog time.

To keep some semblance of order on these blogs my format going forward is going to be...

-So Far (what’s been accomplished of the goal)

-the Good (good things that have happened)

-the Bad (bad things that have happened)

-the Neutral (the rest of whats happened)

-Goals for Next Week (once a week blog check in? Worth a shot!)
